  • Our approach

Sessions are tailored to your child's individual needs and goals, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Sessions also offer psychoeducation and hypnosis. The practice creates a confidential, respectful, supporting and non-judgemental environment, focusing on building life skills directed towards meaningful and long-lasting change. Your psychologist will help develop practical strategies to change thinking patterns and habitual behaviours, working with you to understand individual circumstances, challenges and needs.
