Our approach
Unique Brains offers comprehensive psychological intervention and counselling for children and adults, drawing on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, social skills training, mindfulness-based therapies, and neurofeedback. The clinic provides formal psychological assessment using the latest testing systems to support diagnosis (including DSM-5) across a wide range of difficulties such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, learning challenges and behavioural concerns. They can also complement assessments with QEEG and neuroscience-based treatments including neurofeedback and photobiomodulation. Preference is given to clients who have completed a formal assessment at the clinic before commencing ongoing psychological intervention.
