Our approach
At Time & Space Psychology, therapy is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centred, designed to celebrate individuality rather than change it. Sessions incorporate attachment-based, trauma-informed, and creative methods tailored to each person's needs. The approach recognises that traditional therapy doesn't work for everyone, so the team creates a flexible space that meets you where you are. Healing is grounded in safety, empathy, and deep respect for your story, whether you're a child, teen, or family. The focus is on supporting emotional growth, identity, and wellbeing in a way that honours who you are.
