Our approach
Therapy Focus works through transdisciplinary therapy teams where experienced allied health therapists share skills and expertise to help people develop skills, overcome challenges and achieve their goals in life. The provider offers a range of therapies including occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, psychology and dietetics, alongside specialised services in areas such as autism, positive behaviour support and assistive technology. Therapists are highly experienced and knowledgeable in their fields and provide extra support where needed. Services can be delivered at the provider's clinic, at your home, school or another community location. The focus is on helping people discover their abilities and work toward meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives.
Meet the team
Therapy Focus employs around 300 staff across Perth and the South West, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists and dietitians. The organisation is structured with a Leadership Team overseeing operations, Team Leaders, Service Coordinators and Clinical Leads who support service delivery. Many therapists are highly experienced and knowledgeable in specialised areas including autism services, positive behaviour support, continence and toilet training, augmentative and alternative communication, assistive technology and home modifications. The team works collaboratively, with staff supporting each other as they help clients achieve their goals.
