Our approach
Play Therapy Centre at the Rev Bill Crews Foundation uses play as a therapeutic tool to help children process difficult experiences. The experienced Play Therapists work directly with children through play-based sessions while also supporting parents and carers to nurture healthy child development. This integrated approach recognises that children often communicate and work through challenges more readily through play than through words. Parents and carers are actively involved in supporting the therapeutic process, helping to extend the benefits beyond the sessions themselves. The centre aims to help children build resilience and emotional wellbeing in a safe, child-centred environment. Sessions are delivered with warmth and understanding, focusing on the child's individual needs.
