  • Your first visit

To begin, you'll need a referral from your GP or psychiatrist and a Mental Health Care Plan prepared by your GP, which is valid for 12 months. You can choose to attend your first appointment either in person at the Hurstville clinic on Mondays or via telehealth on Tuesdays, with sessions lasting 50 minutes. At your initial session, Sarah will work with you to understand your needs and individually tailor your treatment plan. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral, you can access Medicare rebates of $98.95 per session, with up to 10 rebated sessions available per calendar year. You're also welcome to attend privately without a referral if you prefer.
