Our approach
The clinic offers a structured, collaborative and goal-focused approach to ADHD support called the ADHD180 Training Program, based on the latest scientific research. Sessions are active and practical, helping individuals strengthen executive functioning skills like task initiation, organisation, emotional regulation and follow-through. The program includes six flexible modules you can choose from, covering topics from understanding your ADHD brain to self-care and growth mindset. Work together focuses on developing clear, achievable goals and practical, evidence-informed strategies that translate into everyday life, with clients expected to reflect, experiment with new strategies and implement changes between sessions.
Meet the team
The clinic is led by Juliette Cavendish, the clinic director who has researched and designed the unique ADHD180 Training Program. Juliette focuses on specific and targeted ADHD strategies for individuals, organisations, schools and couples. The clinic also has Dr Marcus Wilcox, an ADHD GP available fortnightly on Fridays for ADHD care, management, referrals and medication management. Dr Wilcox is undertaking ADHD assessment training in 2026 to enable the clinic to offer ADHD diagnoses onsite.
Your first visit
The first appointment begins with an initial consultation where you discuss and plan your needs with the clinic director. Session 1 focuses on understanding how your ADHD affects you and what help you need first. From Session 2 onwards, the clinic works with you on modules from the ADHD180 Training Program that fit your specific needs, with follow-up sessions as necessary. The clinic emphasizes that the program works best when you are ready and willing to engage with the process, commit to change, and are prepared to try new strategies between sessions.
