Our approach
The centre works extensively with families to achieve the best outcomes for children with speech and language difficulties. Sessions take various forms including individual therapy, group therapy, and parent and teacher training. The practice is well resourced and also develops speech pathology programs in consultation with teachers and other health and education professionals. Additionally, the centre runs a Sound Awareness Group that teaches phonological awareness skills to support literacy development in children during the school term and holidays.
