The team is committed to making therapy approachable, meaningful, and enjoyable, with a focus on building practical, real-life communication skills. Therapy can take place at home, at school, or at the welcoming Bankstown clinic, offering flexibility to fit into your family's daily life. The clinic believes that when therapy feels fun and achievable, progress follows naturally. They work with families across a wide range of communication needs including speech sound development, language skills, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication.

  • Working with families

The clinic is deeply committed to family-centred care and works closely with parents and caregivers throughout therapy. Team members actively share practical, easy-to-use strategies that fit seamlessly into daily life, supporting progress well beyond the therapy room. The clinic's mission is to "share in your child's communication journey and help them achieve their goals big or small together with you," emphasising partnership with families. Eva works closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy is functional, meaningful, and transferable to real-life contexts, with a focus on empowering parents and caregivers to embed therapy into everyday routines.

  • Meet the team

The team includes Eva Yip, the Director and Principal Paediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CPSP, MSPA), who founded the clinic in 2022 and brings extensive experience in speech sound disorders, early language intervention, school-aged language difficulties, social communication, fluency, and AAC. She is trained in evidence-based approaches including PROMPT Therapy, orofacial myology, Sounds-Write, and Hanen programs. Speech Pathologists Safa Mahmud and Afifa Batool both specialise in early language development and child-led, play-based therapy, with Afifa also having expertise in speech sound disorders and AAC. Aamina Musthafa is an Allied Health Assistant who supports therapy delivery and helps children practise key skills under the direction of supervising therapists.
