Our approach
Sun Rose Children's Therapy uses a child-centred, play-based approach grounded in the belief that play is how children naturally express themselves and process experiences. Sessions are designed as safe, nurturing spaces where children explore feelings, build confidence, and develop coping skills through play, creative activities, imagination, and structured therapeutic experiences tailored to each child's developmental stage. The therapists observe, guide, and reflect with care, helping children build emotional regulation and self-awareness while honouring each child's voice and pace. Rather than focusing solely on behaviour change, the practice explores the emotions, experiences, and environments influencing a child's wellbeing, working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and support systems to create consistency and stability in the child's life.
