  • Working with families

Family involvement is central to Sprout Psychology's approach, with the clinic dedicated to empowering individuals and their families through knowledge, skills, and support. The intake process gathers information about family needs and preferences upfront to ensure personalized, culturally responsive care. The practice recognizes that families bring diverse backgrounds, languages, cultures, and experiences, and tailors services accordingly to meet each family's specific needs. Communication is built into the new client inquiry process, with the allocation team reviewing information before matching families with the most suitable psychologist. The clinic's goal is to equip families with what they need to overcome challenges, reach their full potential, and lead fulfilling lives.

Families complete an online enquiry form that replaces phone queues and walk-ins, allowing the allocation team to gather necessary information upfront and understand your needs and preferences thoroughly. The form includes an option to securely upload relevant referral letters or care plans before your appointment. This process enables the team to quickly match you with the most suitable psychologist for your first appointment. By understanding your situation in advance, Sprout Psychology aims to provide a supportive experience from the very beginning of your journey with them.
