Our approach
Spectrum Centre adopts a neurodiversity affirming approach that focuses on supporting positive relationships and environments to promote well-being, independence, and quality of life. Practitioners provide a strengths-based, person-centred approach, creating safe, non-judgemental environments where clients can explore their experiences and unmet needs. Sessions take place in participants' homes, community settings, schools, or via telehealth as appropriate, with services delivered by experienced allied health and behaviour support professionals. The centre emphasises developing practical, sustainable strategies that enhance quality of life for both clients and the important people in their lives. All practitioners hold at least a bachelor's degree in their relevant discipline and have extensive experience delivering NDIS-funded supports.
