Our approach
Small Sprouts Therapy uses evidence-based speech pathology tailored to each child's needs, with sessions incorporating fun games and interactive activities. The clinic employs a range of therapy approaches depending on the child's profile—including the Stimulability Approach for younger children, the Cycles Approach for those with multiple error patterns, the Complexity Approach for moderate-to-severe impairments, and the Minimal Pairs or Multiple Oppositions approaches for specific sound substitutions. Therapy is flexible and responsive; therapists may adjust their approach based on the child's progress, motivation, and engagement. Parents are actively involved as partners, learning simple strategies to support their child's development during everyday activities at home. Sessions are designed to be child-focused with embedded parent coaching and home strategies to help children communicate clearly and confidently.
