    Seedling Occupational Therapy offers professional, evidence-based assessment and therapy to support children's independence in everyday activities. Sessions focus on developing skills for play, movement, learning, self-care and social interaction, addressing areas such as school readiness, fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation and handwriting. The provider works with a range of concerns including autism spectrum disorder, developmental coordination disorder, attention difficulties and learning challenges. Parent coaching is also offered to help families support their child's development.
