Our approach
SdW Therapy Services starts with connection rather than compliance, believing that when children feel safe, understood, and regulated, real progress begins. Sessions use play and relationships to help children build regulation, confidence, and engagement as foundations for skill development. You might see children sitting on the floor playing games they've chosen, building, moving, and laughing together, while working on underlying areas like regulation, communication, motor skills, confidence and independence. The provider works alongside parents and carers as active partners in the therapy process, not just with the child alone. This approach suits families who want to understand their child rather than just manage behaviour, and who are open to being involved throughout.
