Our approach
RiseNShine Therapy uses a collaborative, family-centred occupational therapy approach focused on helping children develop independence in everyday activities. Sessions target essential skills including fine and gross motor coordination, self-care, play, handwriting, and sensory processing. The team works with families to build capacity, recognizing that children engage daily in varied activities requiring different skill sets. A strong emphasis is placed on emotional regulation and creating compatibility between a child's skills, their environment, and meaningful activities to support optimal development.
