  • Our approach

Reach Life uses evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy to support children and young adults through periods of change and challenge. The team thinks creatively and outside the box, offering both traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches tailored to each child's needs. Sessions can take place in the clinic, at home, at school or in the community, depending on what works best for the child and family. This flexibility helps reduce barriers to therapy and allows skills to be practised in real-world settings where they matter most. The multidisciplinary team brings expertise from psychology, occupational therapy, social work and support work together to provide comprehensive, personalised care.
