Our approach
Playsense takes a collaborative, child-centred approach that values children's autonomy, mastery and purpose. Rather than focusing on behaviour shaping, sessions build children's self-esteem by giving them ownership over the therapy process. This motivates engagement and helps children reach their goals while being curious about their own strengths and what works best for them. The practice welcomes and celebrates neurodiversity, supporting children to connect with others in ways that suit them. Sessions are designed around what matters to each child, fostering their sense of agency throughout therapy.
