Our approach
Play Therapy uses play as the natural language and tool for children to communicate, process feelings, and work through challenges in a safe, creative space. Sessions take place in a specially prepared playroom filled with toys, art materials, games, and creative resources where children are free to choose how they play while the therapist observes, joins in when invited, and supports emotional exploration. The approach is gentle and tailored to meet each child where they are at, allowing them to grow at their own pace. Every choice a child makes in the playroom is meaningful and builds skills like emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. Therapy also extends beyond the playroom—the practice works alongside primary caregivers, offering strategies and insights so progress ripples into the child's external life.
