Your first visit

Initial appointments begin with a parent-only consultation conducted via phone or telehealth, allowing time to understand your child's needs and discuss goals before any face-to-face sessions begin. For NDIS participants, the intake package includes a 50-minute parent consultation plus 60 minutes of non-face-to-face support for treatment planning and developing a support plan with your family. For private and Medicare clients, an initial 30-minute phone consultation is followed by ongoing sessions, with the team taking time to listen, learn about your child, and create a personalized plan for success.
