Our approach
Therapy blends occupational therapy with CBT, DBT, and ACT, delivered in the environments where it matters most—home, school, or community. The approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed, focusing on what each young person is capable of and creating spaces where they feel genuinely safe and understood. Sessions target emotional regulation, executive functioning, school engagement, and practical life skills that translate into real change. Rather than traditional clinic-based appointments, therapy happens where young people live and learn, making it more meaningful and practical for their everyday lives.
