Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, with flexibility to combine in-person and telehealth appointments as suits you best.
Your first visit
At your first appointment, you'll complete an intake form to get started, during which your Medicare, debit/credit card and bank details are collected and stored safely so payments and rebates can be processed quickly. You'll arrive at the small suburban house on Keilor Road in Essendon North, where there's a welcoming space designed to feel like home, with tea or coffee available. You're welcome to bring a support person if you'd like them present in the session or in the waiting area. The practice accepts various funding options including Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, Victims of Crime, and private payment.
