Our approach
One Central Health provides a multidisciplinary approach combining psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, behaviour therapy and specialist assessments. Their therapists use evidence-based methods tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions model. Sessions are conducted in-clinic or via telehealth across Perth and Western Australia, and the team works with integrity and respect to provide best practice care for children, adolescents and adults of all abilities and backgrounds.
Meet the team
The multidisciplinary team includes psychologists (6 registered psychologists plus consultants), speech pathologists, occupational therapists, positive behaviour support practitioners, and plan managers. Staff hold relevant qualifications including bachelor's and master's degrees; the CEO holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and an MBA. Team members bring varied experience ranging from 6 to 24+ years, with backgrounds in schools, therapy centres, private practice and disability services. Clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches and many hold specialist qualifications in areas such as autism assessment, trauma therapy and brain-based interventions.
