  • Our approach

On Track Therapy Group works differently by understanding that today's challenges need creative, tailored solutions rather than yesterday's standard approaches. The team looks at the whole child and how to best connect with them, providing dynamic programs adapted to individual needs. They offer a variety of session types—individual, group, workshops and learning programs—to meet each child where they are. The multidisciplinary team works collaboratively together, not as separate therapists under one roof, combining their different expertise to find the best way forward for each child and family.

  • Meet the team

On Track Therapy Group is a true multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals including psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and behavioural intervention specialists, all working collaboratively rather than in isolation. The team works together to support each child, learning and growing from one another's expertise. For group programs, an extended team of specialists is present in the room to collaborate and identify what's needed quickly. Their collective experience allows them to provide comprehensive assessment and support across developmental, behavioural, learning and communication needs.
