Our approach
The service offers high-quality, evidence-based education and therapy programs tailored to help children and young people with disability or developmental delay reach their full potential. A team of therapists, teachers and support workers collaborate to provide individualised services across occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, psychology and behaviour support. Multiple services are delivered under one roof so children benefit from coordinated, collaborative care. The approach prioritises working alongside families to support each child's unique development needs within their community.
Working with families
The service is committed to working alongside families to maximise children's development and meet their unique goals and hopes for the future. Regular communication and flexible support are tailored to each family's individual circumstances and needs. For families without an NDIS Plan, the Parent Connect Program offers support, guidance and connection through a Family Support Worker, including regular in-person sessions to build community connections. All staff are available to provide advice, direction and support, and the service welcomes feedback from families to ensure the best possible care.
Meet the team
The team includes highly skilled and diverse specialists dedicated to supporting children and families. Therapy staff comprise early childhood teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants. The service also employs family support and information staff, early childhood educators at various qualification levels, and management including a CEO, business manager and quality assurance manager. All staff share a common goal of providing evidence-based, high-quality services using their collective knowledge to support children and families.
