Our approach
Sessions embrace neurodiversity as a strength, focusing on understanding your brain and advocating for your needs rather than changing how you think or behave. The approach is trauma-informed and strength-based, with full respect for your sensory and movement needs—you're welcome to stim, move your body as it needs to move, remove your shoes, and let your eyes go where they naturally focus. You set the pace, can ask to slow down or change topics, and are given choices about your therapy. The environment is designed to feel safe and comfortable, and the therapist models openness about their own neurodivergence so you know you're working with someone who genuinely understands what it's like to be neurodivergent.
