Our approach
The service uses a neuroscience-informed, transdisciplinary approach that brings together psychology and occupational therapy in a collaborative framework. Sessions draw on evidence-based interventions including play-based therapy, sensory-based interventions, neurofeedback, EMDR, and cognitive behavioural therapy tailored to each child's needs. The philosophy emphasises building strong connections with young people in a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment, helping them develop resilience and confidence. All clinicians are passionate about using the latest neuroscience research to create strategies that support young people's well-being and help them reach their full potential.
