Our approach
The service provides a safe, reflective space where clients explore the difficulties that bring them to therapy. Sessions often involve reflecting on personal history to better understand the present, then experimenting with possibilities for change that feel meaningful. The therapists draw from several psychotherapy models—including psychodynamic, developmental, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioural and systemic approaches—tailoring each to the unique needs of the individual or family. The emphasis is on valuing the therapeutic relationship above any single theoretical framework, and creating a collaborative, empowering space where both individual and interpersonal dimensions are considered. Sessions help clients build stronger relationships with themselves and others.
