  • Our approach

Sessions combine personalised 1:1 tutoring with a relationship-driven teaching approach, where subject matter experts work with your child's learning goals, challenges, school topics and future exams. The focus goes beyond traditional tutoring to teach resilience, strategic thinking, and metacognition, helping students define success on their own terms and avoid burnout. Progress tracking and personalised feedback are provided consistently, alongside access to learning algorithms and oral assessments. Study plans are tailored to schoolwork and exams, with clear goals set collaboratively between student, tutor, and parent.

  • Working with families

Parents receive live reporting after each lesson and are involved in setting clear goals alongside the student and tutor. The service includes a 24/7 Help Platform where families can access support on assignments, homework and exams, and parents can engage with the learning algorithm and access customisable resources. Communication is designed to be friendly and prompt, with the team responsive to queries and willing to accommodate scheduling needs as required.

  • Meet the team

The team consists of qualified and trained subject matter experts matched through a Smart Tutor Matching System, ensuring consistency rather than random pairing. A dedicated academic manager is assigned to oversee your child's support and provide continuity of care. Tutors are thoroughly trained in the NSW/VIC/QLD/SA/WA curriculum and bring expertise across 44 subjects. The platform emphasises experienced, knowledgeable tutors who are accessible and accommodating to students' schedules.
