About love2learn
Love2learn offers multidimensional early learning support including classes for 3-6 year olds and early primary students (Prep-Year 2/3), holiday programs, one-to-one intervention, and assessments. Classes teach foundational skills in reading, writing, spelling and numeracy using evidence-based programs like Little Learners Love Literacy. The program is run by Lisa Price, a highly experienced primary teacher with over 15 years of teaching and 10 years running Love2learn, specializing in early literacy, numeracy, and learning difficulties. Lisa holds a Post Graduate degree in Learning Difficulties including specific learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD and ASD. The "Little Learning Lab" provides intensive one-to-one support, assessments and advocacy for children with learning difficulties in collaboration with schools and allied health professionals.

Our approach
Love2learn uses a multidimensional approach centred on the latest research in 'the science of reading and learning'. Classes are designed to teach foundational skills in reading, writing, spelling and numeracy using evidence-based programs such as Little Learners Love Literacy, UFLI, and Australian Decodable Readers, alongside best practice strategies aligned with the Victorian curriculum. Sessions are highly engaging and interactive, delivered in a bright studio set up as an Early years classroom with small class sizes that allow for individual attention and participation. Children develop confidence and a love of learning while preparing for school transitions.
Working with families
Lisa provides personalised service and works collaboratively with families throughout their child's learning journey. She reads and reviews reports from school, Speech Therapists, OTs and other professionals to develop an integrated support plan. Lisa can explain cognitive test results and their implications in accessible terms, helping parents understand how to support their child at home and across school and allied health settings. She is dedicated to providing families with the knowledge and support they need to navigate their child's learning challenges.
Meet the team
Love2learn is owned and run by Lisa Price, a highly experienced primary teacher who has taught in schools for over 15 years and run Love2learn for 10 years. Lisa holds a Post Graduate degree specialising in Learning Difficulties, including Specific Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia, and challenges related to ADHD, ASD and language delays. She is a reading intervention specialist and education consultant, affiliated with SPELD Victoria, Learning Difficulties Australia and Think Forward Educators. Lisa is dedicated to early intervention and passionate about providing children and families with the knowledge and support they need to navigate their child's learning journey.
