Our approach
Little Allied Health provides family-centred, evidence-based support tailored to your child's individual choices, challenges, goals and priorities. The team of paediatric speech pathologists, audiologists and psychologists work collaboratively to assess and manage hearing, listening and communication difficulties. Sessions emphasise play as a natural and safe way to learn, and clinicians take an enthusiastic, partnership-based approach with families. All team members are university-trained allied health professionals accredited with relevant professional bodies, committed to lifelong learning and reflecting the latest research and clinical practices in their work with children.
Working with families
The provider operates on a family-centred model, working collaboratively with families to understand and support their choices, challenges, goals and priorities. Parents and carers are recognised as active partners in sessions, and the team takes an enthusiastic, collaborative approach to supporting children's learning and development. The website encourages families to contact the friendly team to discuss funding options and any questions about appointments, indicating open communication channels. Families have choice in how they engage with services and what outcomes they prioritise for their child.
