  • Our approach

Links to Life uses evidence-based Behaviour Therapy grounded in ABA principles and Occupational Therapy to build practical, functional life skills for children with autism and developmental challenges. Sessions are personalised and play-based, designed to develop communication, social skills and everyday independence in a safe, supportive environment. The team takes a data-informed approach, tracking progress through measured outcomes and adjusting plans based on real-time observations. Family involvement is central—parents are coached on strategies to support their child's learning at home, in school and in the community, so therapy becomes part of everyday routines rather than something confined to the clinic room.

  • Working with families

Parents and carers are actively involved at every stage. The team coaches families to use everyday routines as learning opportunities and provides practical strategies for daily life that extend beyond the clinic. Therapists work closely with you during sessions to model techniques and build your confidence. The service collaborates with teachers, educators and other allied health providers to ensure consistent progress across home and school environments. After each session, families receive summaries with practical strategies, and the multidisciplinary team meets to share insights and adjust plans, keeping you informed and supported throughout your child's journey.

  • Meet the team

The team includes certified behaviour analysts and therapists: Suzannah (BCBA Clinic Manager) with 12 years' experience leading quality therapy programs; Hannah (BCBA Program Supervisor) who coaches parents to empower them in supporting their child; Daryl (BCaBA Senior Behaviour Therapist) with experience across home, school, clinic and residential settings; Francine (BCaBA Little Links Program Lead) who develops social skills for school readiness; Que (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, APHRA Registered) with over 15 years' paediatric experience; and Aishwarya (Speech Specialist) passionate about developing communication skills. Christina Campbell, the founder, established the service in 2007 with personal experience in ABA therapy and continues to lead the organisation.

  • Your first visit

The initial process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your child's unique needs, goals and strengths. The multidisciplinary team then meets to share insights and design a personalised plan grounded in evidence-based strategies. Before sessions begin, the team reviews your child's progress and prepares developmentally appropriate activities tailored to key areas like speech, listening, behaviour, emotional regulation and social skills. During sessions, clear, measurable goals are set and tracked in real-time, with the therapist working closely with you to model strategies and build your confidence in supporting your child.
