Our approach
The philosophy centres on practical, evidence-based psychology that helps develop flexible thinking and coping skills. Sessions draw on approaches including ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, mindfulness and positive psychology. For neuropsychology specifically, work is described as detective-like—gathering information through detailed conversations, structured cognitive tasks, questionnaires and feedback discussions that translate results into everyday life. The focus is on understanding how the brain works and creating practical plans to move forward, with an emphasis that diagnoses are a starting point rather than the whole picture.
Meet the team
The team comprises psychologists and clinical neuropsychologists across three locations. Directors include Dr Daniela De Fazio and Dr Brooke Davis. Clinicians include Kristal Lau, Dr Gabbie Veloso, Lauren Jackman, Linda Williamson, Carly James, Dr Josie Sinni, Dr Amy Loughman, Magenta Neath-Cowan, Dr Leonie Simpson, Dr Kirrily Rogers, Natasha Alessi, Adam Palmer, Jenny Addy and Taylor Zammit, along with Rebekah Volpe in an intake coordinator and social worker role. Many hold dual qualifications in psychology and clinical neuropsychology, with some being registrars or clinical psychologists.
Your first visit
Initial psychology sessions are 50 minutes long. For neuropsychological assessment, your psychologist will have a detailed conversation about your history and experiences, then conduct structured cognitive tasks, questionnaires and a feedback session where results and their everyday meaning are discussed along with an action plan. You'll receive a written report with practical recommendations for school, workplace or therapeutic support. Sessions are offered via telehealth through the Coviu platform or in person at clinic locations across Victoria and New South Wales.
