Our approach
Holth Psychology uses different frameworks to help clients navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose. Neuropsychological assessment is used to help people understand different aspects of their thinking, and therapy is tailored to work with a range of individuals, from neurotypical to neurodiverse. The practice works with adolescents and adults, considering each person's unique brain style and how they experience the world. Sessions focus on building coping strategies and helping clients feel more comfortable being themselves so they can do the things they want to do.
