Our approach
Heights OT For Kids provides evidence-based and individualised occupational therapy tailored to each child and family's goals. Sessions focus on helping children develop new skills, adapt tasks for success, or modify environments to support independence in play, motor skills, self-care, school and community participation. The approach recognises that every child is different and works flexibly to meet individual needs, whether that means skill development, task adaptation, or environmental modification. Intervention can take place in the clinic, home, school or via telehealth, ensuring families can access therapy in the setting that works best for them.
Meet the team
Brooke Drelincourt is the occupational therapist at Heights OT For Kids and has over 20 years of experience working with children in various settings, primarily in hospital environments. She has particular expertise in developmental concerns, neurological and neuromuscular difficulties, musculoskeletal issues, and chronic illness in children. Brooke is committed to providing genuine, individualised occupational therapy services to children and families across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
