  • Our approach

The clinic takes a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, and the team works to gain a thorough understanding of each child's situation before devising a customised treatment plan. The approach may incorporate supportive therapies such as yoga, movement, dietetic support, and meditation alongside individual sessions. The clinic combines psychology with complementary allied health services to provide a more integrated approach to mental health.
