Our approach
Hardwick Psychological Services works collaboratively with you to understand your circumstances and provide clear, evidence-based guidance and practical strategies. The team uses a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR and Schema Therapy, tailored to your specific needs. Sessions are conducted individually in a warm, professional setting with therapy available both in-person and via telehealth. The approach focuses on helping you move forward and achieve your full potential through tailored, empathetic, and goal-oriented treatment.
Meet the team
The clinical team comprises over 20 registered psychologists, clinical psychologists, and clinical neuropsychologists, all of whom are Master's and Doctorate qualified. The team is led by Dr Sascha Hardwick (Director, Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist) and Dr Sarah Pollock (Team Leader, Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist), with senior practitioners including neuropsychologists and clinical supervisors. Each psychologist can see a range of presentations, and some specialise in particular areas. The team is regularly expanding their knowledge through ongoing training and supervision, and they have strong links with referring partners.
