Our approach
The approach is collaborative and strategic, focused on enhancing physical and psychological wellbeing. The service draws on a diverse range of evidence-based skills including Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR and CBT. Sessions are personalised and tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. The psychologists work to optimise performance and help you manage the psychological effects of chronic health conditions, including functional gastrointestinal disorders.
Meet the team
The team comprises two experienced Health Psychologists. Paul Taylor is an experienced Health Psychologist trained in Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR and CBT, with many years working with people managing chronic illness. Catherine Martin has 30 years experience as a Psychologist with expertise in health, general and sport psychology, holds a Masters Degree and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
