Our approach
Future Proof Early Intervention uses a Key Worker model, where experienced allied health professionals provide personalised home visits tailored to each child's needs. The approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with particular expertise in emotional regulation, self-help techniques, and effective communication. The team specialises in neurodiversity and positive behaviour support, recognising unique triggers behind behaviours and empowering children with tailored skills. Sessions focus on strengthening skills, expanding knowledge, and boosting confidence through close collaboration with families, creating a holistic and comprehensive early intervention experience.
Working with families
Family involvement is central to the approach, with close collaboration at the heart of all work. Key Workers conduct personalised home visits, allowing them to understand your family's environment and routines while working alongside you to strengthen skills and boost confidence. The team offers parenting programs and support groups led by experienced therapists, creating a space where parents can connect, learn, and grow together. Communication is patient and understanding, with staff taking time to explain services and support families through their early intervention journey.
Meet the team
The team consists of experienced Key Workers who are allied health professionals with up-to-date training in emotional regulation, self-help techniques, and effective communication. They bring expertise in early childhood intervention, speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour support, and feeding therapy. The therapists, including staff members like Naomi Wood, are trained in evidence-based approaches such as the SOS Approach to feeding and positive behaviour support. They work collaboratively with families to provide comprehensive, holistic support tailored to each child's unique needs.
