Our approach
The provider believes that good therapy can be a joyful experience, even when discussing difficult topics. Sessions focus on developing insight and making choices from awareness rather than habit or fear, with an emphasis on the therapeutic value of connection and understanding. You may experience "aha" moments as you make connections between old beliefs and current behaviours, alongside real, exhilarating change. The approach is warm and personalised, using research-based methods to help you gain clarity and move forward in your relationships, parenting, or life generally.
