  • Our approach

The therapy approach is collaborative and tailored to individual needs. Sessions bring together experienced mental health professionals who use evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other therapeutic modalities depending on your child's needs. The team works to provide the right tools, knowledge, and support to help children build the life they want, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where young people feel heard and valued throughout their journey.
