Sessions at Empowering Minds Psychology provide a safe, gentle and non-judgemental space tailored to each child's individual needs. The practice uses various therapeutic approaches including play therapy and LEGO® Based Therapy, which is an evidence-based play program designed to be fun and child-led, helping children develop emotional regulation, communication skills, critical thinking and confidence. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to identify areas for growth and establish meaningful goals, drawing on each person's strengths. The approach is flexible and person-centred, aiming to foster resilience and empowerment across the age range the practice supports.
