Our approach
Sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space where children and adolescents can express themselves freely and explore their feelings. The approach focuses on helping young people develop emotional awareness, build resilience, and learn practical coping strategies tailored to their needs. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals—whether that's improving communication skills, building self-esteem, or developing problem-solving abilities. Sessions celebrate progress along the way to build confidence and motivation. The service considers the sensory needs and preferences of neurodivergent clients, with no pressure for small talk or eye contact, and fidgets available during sessions.
