Your first visit
To book your first appointment, you can fill in the online contact form or call and leave a message—you'll hear back within 24 hours to discuss available times. At your initial session, the psychologist will take time to understand your needs and concerns in a safe, supportive environment. No referral is required to begin therapy, though you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to access the Medicare rebate. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and the number of sessions you'll need depends on factors like the complexity of your concerns and your readiness to implement strategies discussed. Payment is required at the time of consultation and can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or direct deposit.
