Our approach
The clinic uses a holistic, humanistic approach based on positive psychology and evidence-based practices. Management focuses on building capacity and resilience through cognitive and coaching-based therapy models tailored to each person's needs. For neurodiversity and ADHD, the clinic offers a pragmatic and efficient process with rapid results—diagnosis and treatment initiation often takes only one session if documentation is available. Sessions combine psychiatric assessment with coaching support and psychological therapies including CBT and mindfulness, designed to help you understand yourself better and make positive changes across personal and professional life.
Meet the team
The team includes experienced psychiatrists with diverse specialties: Dr. Saibal Guha (MBBS, FRANZCP, MD Psychiatry) specialises in Adult ADHD and has over 14 years of military psychiatric experience plus extensive Australian public and private practice; Dr. Sachi Ramanan (MBBS, FRANZCP) works with anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD and dissociative disorders; Dr. Tjeerd Tijhof specialises in trauma, depression, anxiety, psychosis and neurodevelopmental disorders in young people and adults. Your first visit
Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive assessment. If all relevant documentation (referral, previous assessments, collateral information, and tests) is available beforehand, diagnosis and treatment can often be completed in a single session. The psychiatrist will review your history, discuss your concerns, and develop a treatment plan. You may also be offered psychological testing to assist with diagnosis and reduce the risk of false positives. The clinic aims to deliver rapid, efficient results while ensuring you receive both medication management and, where appropriate, coaching support to help you navigate your personal and professional life.
