Our approach
Curious Minds Collective uses evidence-based, hands-on, structured lessons tailored to children with learning differences including dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. Small group teaching allows for personalised attention while children still enjoy peer interaction and have fun during sessions. The child-centric approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, with each lesson designed as an engaging, enriching experience. Sessions are designed to meet each child's unique needs while ensuring they feel valued, understood, and capable of achieving their full potential.
Meet the team
Eliza is the founder and lead educator, holding a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Master of Teaching from the University of Queensland. She is a current Queensland College of Teachers Registration and Blue Card holder, trained in Orton-Gillingham and Sounds Write literacy approaches, and is a certified Standing Strong® Instructor. Her background combines both scientific and educational expertise, with professional development training in child wellbeing.
Your first visit
Your first step is to reach out through the contact page, text, or phone to discuss your child's needs and find the best program for them. You'll then receive a text within 48 hours to schedule a discovery call with Eliza, which typically lasts 15–20 minutes. During this call, the team will learn more about your child and how they can best support their learning journey. This initial conversation helps establish the right fit before your child begins sessions.
