  • Our approach

Sessions use an experiential, emotion-focused approach that emphasises what happens in the therapy room itself. The psychologist believes everyone has an inner capacity to heal from emotional wounds, and aims to create a safe space where you can be fully honest. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or labels, sessions explore your broader experience so you can be truly seen. The therapeutic relationship is central to change, and you're encouraged to stay open and curious as unfamiliar experiences in sessions can become catalysts for meaningful shifts in how you see yourself and reduce suffering.
