Our approach
Bridget works from a relational and trauma-informed therapeutic perspective, using an empathic and non-judgmental approach to create a supportive and safe space for exploration. She draws from various evidence-based models tailored to each child's individual needs, including parent-infant psychotherapy, attachment theory, mentalization-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, designed to help clients understand their behaviour and thoughts while developing ways to navigate life's challenges. This approach is particularly valuable for children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment difficulties.
