  • Our approach

Dr Henderson works with clients to uncover unconscious behaviour patterns that may be getting in the way of a satisfying life, and helps them develop more effective communication styles. Her approach is gentle yet challenging when needed, and takes an individualised view—some people need just a few sessions to get the help they need, while others benefit from longer-term, in-depth therapy. She examines the communication styles of the individual and those around them to identify problem areas and help clients work through them. This style of therapy helps people deal with themselves and others more effectively by addressing the 'blind spots' we all have.
