Our approach
The practice believes every child learns in their own unique way and tailors therapy to suit individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are client-centred, strength-focused and evidence-based, implemented by passionate clinicians in a fun, nurturing and supportive environment where children's speech and language skills can flourish. The team uses specialised evidence-based therapy approaches including the Hanen Programs, Lidcombe Program for stuttering, Zones of Regulation, PODD training and Sounds Write literacy program. Sessions focus on helping children achieve their goals in speech, language, attention and listening, play skills, stuttering, literacy and social skills. The practice works holistically with families and collaborates with other professionals to promote the best outcomes, with a strong emphasis on empowering parents to support their child's development at home.
Working with families
The practice emphasises involving families at every step of the process and is focused on empowering parents on how to best support their child's speech and language development at home. The passionate and approachable clinicians work collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes. The team recognises that life can be busy and supports families through the journey, offering convenient clinic locations and ensuring you and your child feel supported throughout therapy.
